Day shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a weekly guarantee of 35-40 hours. No weekend hours or call requirements.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient therapy clinic. The ideal candidate will work alongside experienced professionals in a general outpatient setting, primarily focusing on a variety of orthopedic diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Perform therapeutic interventions as directed by a licensed physical therapist.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with clinic policies.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team members to ensure effective patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid PTA license in the state of Arkansas.
• No prior experience is required, though outpatient therapy experience is preferred.
