Starting pay for this position is $38.26 - $50.06; base pay offered may increase based on experience, skills, and internal equity. This is an hourly position.

Overview

This is a PRN position.

Position Summary:

Assists physicians with performance of invasive cardiac procedures, serving as a radiologic technologist and/or scrub assistant, performing hemodynamic monitoring and procedural charting. Assists in the care, transportation, and preparation of patients.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Knowledge of diagnostic radiology principles and procedures as acquired through completion of 2 years training in an approved school of radiologic technology required.
• General computer knowledge.
• Licensed in Radiology by the State of Illinois Division of Nuclear Safety (IEMA) Requires Registry from ARRT.
• CPR certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Successful completion of EKG arrhythmia course preferred. Successful completion of ACLS preferred.
