Production Operator

. Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking motivated individuals for full?time Production Operator positions in Coleman, MI . As part of our team, you will assist in operating production machinery, trimming materials, inspecting product quality, and supporting overall manufacturing operations.
Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts Available: 2nd & 3rd Shift
Pay: $17.29 - $17.79 per hour
Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Operate production equipment such as vacuum?forming or foam?press machinery to create plastic components.
• Trimming: Trim excess material using tools such as knives, scrapers, routers, or torches to meet product specifications.
• Material Handling: Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and standing for long periods.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and verify product quality according to documented specifications.
• Documentation: Complete required production and quality records accurately.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and process requirements within the manufacturing environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with supervisors and team members to support smooth production flow and meet daily output goals.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and perform frequent physical movements.
• Ability to operate basic pneumatic or hand tools.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work in a fast?paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check and pre?employment drug screen .
