The ideal candidate will have expertise in post-op surgical care, trauma, and overflow medical care. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are essential. Assignment Details Start Date: Not provided Shift: 12-hour days (0700-1930) Schedule: Every other weekend, rotating holidays Charting System: EPIC Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2565 (negotiable) Local Candidate Policy: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles (-$25 to regular and OT bill rates) Responsibilities Provide post-op surgical care Administer trauma and overflow medical treatment Perform dressing changes, wound care, and IV therapy Manage pain and central lines Assist with drains, NGs, and TPN Qualifications Required: Current active IL license or application in process BLS certification Experience in post-op care Critical thinking skills Ability to work as part of a team Job Type Travel PEL/VIP Job ID 64769733.
