Production Assistant

Position Summary: The Bakery Production & Packaging Assistant supports daily bakery operations by assisting with product preparation, packaging, labeling, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. This role is essential to ensuring that high-quality products are consistently produced, packaged, and ready for customers in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Assist with preparation of bakery items (measuring, mixing, portioning, decorating, etc.) under supervision. Package and label products accurately according to bakery standards. Ensure all items are neatly and attractively packaged for retail and wholesale customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Restock ingredients, packaging supplies, and finished products as needed. Assist with order fulfillment and inventory tracking. Work collaboratively with bakers and other team members to meet production goals. Qualifications & Skills: Previous bakery, kitchen, or food handling experience preferred, but not required (willing to train). Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment. Schedule: Early Morning-Day Shift
