VP, Loan Servicing & Collections - Platform Builder

Findara is seeking a Vice President Servicing and Collections in Colorado to own the entire post-funding loan lifecycle, including customer service, payment processing, title and lien administration, collections, loss mitigation, and recovery.
This founding leadership role requires building the servicing operation from the ground up, including platform selection, payment infrastructure, vendor strategy, and compliance by design.
