Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Maryland SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for CFY considered
• Experience working in pediatric, school, or teletherapy settings highly valued
• Familiarity with mixed caseloads, including varying grade levels and student needs
• Strong assessment, collaboration, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students in both individual and group settings
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in close partnership with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize a variety of service delivery models, including teletherapy as appropriate
• Evaluate, monitor, and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities
