Bloomfield Nursing & Rehab is now hiring RNs. Available positions include part-time, full-time PRN, and new grads are always welcome! You can pick your own schedule, and we offer update rates. Shifts are available for 12hr nights and days, with a weekend warrior bonus of $4 on top of your hourly rate for Saturday and Sunday. If you want to increase your earnings without benefits, ask about modified compensation at 10%. We welcome travelers and offer a sign-on bonus of $10,000 for full-time employees. Relocation assistance is also available, and we have a mileage stipend.

Responsibilities include performing nursing assessments and collaborating with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care. Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions put in place as needs arise to minimize rehospitalizations and continued evaluation of outcomes. Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders. Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented. Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Qualifications include being a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing. CPR certification is required.

Posted salary range USD $36.00 - USD $40.00/hr. Bonus USD $10,000.00
