We apply this same focus on excellence to our unparalleled social responsibility program, generating sustainable impact across our local communities.Acumen Solutions is hiring for a Project Manager in our McLean, VA headquarters.Specific DutiesCreates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsIdentifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilitiesManages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scopeReviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to clientEffectively applies our methodology and enforces project standardsPrepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance proceduresIdentifies and manages project riskEnsures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriatelyReviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriateQualificationsBachelor's degreeWillingness to travel up to 50% domesticallyAuthorized to work for any U.S. employer3 – 5+ years managing IT projects dealing with Software Development (SDLC)Experience working within an established PMO processExperience managing 3rd party implementation vendorsExperience managing 3rd party support vendorsGeneral Project/Practice Related Competencies Project /Practice ManagementExperience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration backgroundPreferred SkillsExperience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experienceSalesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration toolsBenefitsAcumen Solutions offers the opportunity for growth and advancement, as well as a competitive base salary, annual performance based incentives, medical benefits & 401k.EOE M/F/V/DVEVRAA Federal Contractor
