We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented recent graduate who wants to begin a career in financial services and learn directly from experienced professionals in a growing firm.

What You’ll Do

Provide administrative support to advisors

Assist with client service requests and follow-up

Prepare and process paperwork and account documents

Maintain accurate client records and systems

Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointments

Handle client communication (phone, email, follow-up)

Support new client onboarding

Help maintain an organized and professional office environment

This role is designed to grow into higher-level client service and advisory opportunities over time.

Compensation

$36,000 – $50,000 base salary (entry-level)

$3,000 – $5,000 bonus potential
