Job Title: Overnight General LaborerJob Description

As a General Laborer, you will support daily production and warehouse operations by assisting with material handling, product movement, assembly, and general facility upkeep. This hands-on position offers a variety of tasks and opportunities to learn new skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Assist with production, assembly, packaging, and shipping activities.
• Operate basic warehouse and material handling equipment (training provided).
• Sort, stack, and organize materials and finished products.
• Perform visual quality checks on products.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist team members with daily production and operational needs.
• Meet daily productivity and attendance expectations.

• General labor or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience using hand tools is a plus.
• Ability to follow directions and work safely.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Work in a clean manufacturing and warehouse environment. Some areas may be louder due to equipment operation. The facility emphasizes safety, teamwork, and maintaining an organized workspace.

This is a Permanent position based out of Detroit Lakes, MN.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $55000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Detroit Lakes,MN.
