Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Direct Care Staff Overnights at Desert Lily Academy in Queen Creek, Arizona. Desert Lily Academy (DLA) is a residential treatment program providing female-specific programming in a normalized, trauma-informed setting that promotes learning, growth and positive change. Desert Lily offers an eclectic blend of academic, vocational, and extracurricular opportunities.
