Night shift, 3x12-hour schedule (19:00 - 07:00)

Job Description

The CVICU Night Nurse will provide critical care nursing to patients with cardiovascular conditions. The ideal candidate will have recent heart experience and be skilled in monitoring and managing complex conditions in the CVICU setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient information accurately in the charting system.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of CVICU experience; recent heart experience required.
• Valid Florida or compact nursing license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Epic charting experience preferred.
• References required.
