After your training is complete, you will be placed in a restaurant. Individual store operations lie under your control with the assistance and guidance of your District Manager. Providing top leadership to your team members and laser focused on guest satisfaction will be mandatory requirements. Manager Information & Responsibilities to include (not exclusive to): Daily management of 1 shift. No need to ask staff to work a “double” when you close at 3 No close / open shifts for our managers. Work alongside the FOH and BOH staff. Conduct one full inventory for each period. Full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for your performance-based compensation. Fully implemented technology solutions to help you do your job. Support & communication that is timely and helpful without intruding on your personal time.
