Customer Onboarding Specialist

Guiding new fleets through the onboarding journey, the full-time hybrid Customer Onboarding Specialist will ensure a seamless transition to active usage of the fuel card, focusing on customer education, trust-building, and retention. Key responsibilities Lead customers through the fuel card application and onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of all stages Educate customers on the effective use of the fuel card and associated platforms, addressing questions and concerns Monitor and document customer progress using CRM tools, identifying and resolving onboarding barriers as needed Required qualifications Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as onboarding, customer success, or sales Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, and a willingness to learn new technologies Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally with startup experience Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously Customer-centric attitude with a passion for building long-term relationships
