The selected individual will be responsible for mentoring and providing technical direction to a team of mostly offshore developers in delivering technology solutions to our business partners.Location: Plano, TXSalary Range: CompetitiveRequired Skills & Qualifications:6 years of Data Warehousing experience, including manipulation/transformation of millions of rows with optimal methods6 years of experience with traditional relational database management systems (Oracle) and SQL skills, including developing stored procedures, functions, and triggers in a Big Data environment6 years of SQL & PL/SQL development experience with Oracle DBMSAdvanced-level analytical, debugging, and critical thinking skills6 years of experience using TOAD, Unix Shell Scripting, Autosys, Jira, and Client Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)Preferred Skills & Qualifications:Experience with EX ClientFamiliarity with Agile solution delivery, Automated Testing, Continuous Integration, Continuous DeliveryExperience with versioning tools such as GIT/BitbucketDemonstrable risk identification skillsApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Participate in status meetings to track progress, resolve issues, articulate and mitigate risks, and escalate concerns in a timely mannerLead feature delivery including developing complex ETL/models in a data warehousing environment, involving technical design, development, testing, and migration of Oracle objectsMentor the team on work breakdown and execution, and act as a liaison for production activities/issuesOversee continuous improvement of database scalability and performanceSet up jobs using Autosys for automationIdentify data anomalies/data patterns in large data setsCompany Benefits & Culture:Inclusive and diverse work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentSupportive team culture
