What We Offer You

• High Surgical Volume & Growth Potential: Quickly build a busy practice with 10-15 surgical cases per OR day and access to a community with strong patient demand.
• Established Practice Infrastructure: Work alongside an experienced ophthalmologist, optometrist, and advanced practice providers with access to four clinical locations and multiple outpatient surgical facilities.
• Outstanding Income Opportunity: Guaranteed base salary with profit-sharing potential reaching approximately 800,000 within 18 months and exceeding 1 million in three years.
• Flexible Practice Model & Benefits: Choose a W-2 or 1099 structure with health, dental, 401(k), CME, malpractice coverage, and potential relocation assistance including temporary housing.
• Balanced Weekly Schedule: Enjoy a 4.5-day work week, no weekend clinic, and after-hours calls limited to standby coverage with patients scheduled first thing the following morning when needed.
