This position includes both clinical responsibilities and the role of Director of Acute Care Surgery, a newly established position within our organization. This is a unique opportunity for candidates to influence and enhance our surgical program while contributing to our Vision 2030 objectives, which focus on improving patient outcomes, fostering a strong research initiative, and providing educational opportunities in collaboration with Drexel University. Practice Highlights & Innovations

• Become part of a team of board-certified general and surgical critical care specialists delivering trauma, surgical critical care, and emergency general surgery services to the southeastern New Jersey community.
• Our facility is an ACS-verified Level II Trauma Center, established over 33 years ago, handling more than 2,000 trauma cases each year.
• The Acute Care Surgery service line, launched less than two years ago, is experiencing rapid growth and offers a wide variety of surgical cases.
• This leadership position allows you to develop protocols, spearhead quality improvement projects, and work alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team to enhance surgical outcomes.
• Utilize Cerner EMR and coordinated care teams to ensure efficiency and continuity of care.
