The Opportunity


This isn't a turnaround. It's a strong operation looking for its next leader.


We're hiring an experienced Restaurant General Manager for an established, high-performing QSR location in a prime Richmond market.


You'll take ownership of a $2M operation with approximately 25 employees , including managers and supervisors already in place. Your job is to build on what's working-strengthening the team, sharpening execution, protecting profitability, and continuing to raise the bar.


You'll report directly to the Director of Operations and join a growing, multi-brand restaurant organization with a strong presence throughout Virginia and the DC market.

What You'll Own

• Lead all daily restaurant operations with a visible, hands-on presence
• Take full accountability for a $2M P&L
• Manage food cost, labor, operating expenses, and profitability
• Lead and develop managers, supervisors, and hourly team members
• Set clear expectations and hold the management team accountable for results
• Maintain franchise standards across food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day operational needs
• Build team stability and develop employees for internal advancement
• Partner directly with the Director of Operations on performance and company initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, guest satisfaction, and financial results

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of General Manager experience
• QSR, fast casual, or high-volume restaurant background
• Proven experience managing a restaurant P&L
• Experience leading managers and supervisors-not just hourly crew
• Strong understanding of labor, food cost, inventory, and operational controls
• Experience working within structured brand or franchise standards
• Strong coaching and team-development skills
• Track record of building stable teams and developing internal talent
• Ability to hold people accountable while maintaining a positive culture
• Hands-on leadership style-you're comfortable on the floor and know what's happening in your restaurant

Experience with a recognized franchise, multi-brand restaurant organization, or exposure to multi-unit operations is a plus.

Base Salary: $75,000-$85,000 , based on experience
