SEIU Healthcare IL Benefit Funds is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to analyze trends across the Service Division and drive efficiency, service quality, and member satisfaction. You will liaise with operations, leadership, training, workforce management, and technology teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
