Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Salary: $30- $35 / per hour Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients one on one. The patients are Trach and Vent dependent. Responsibilities: * Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. * On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders * Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. * Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
