• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health education with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Licenses and Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification is required during tenure.
