We are currently seeking a Digital Inkjet Web Press Operator for our 3rd Shift production team. Position Summary As a Digital Inkjet Web Press Operator, you will operate and monitor high-speed digital printing equipment to produce quality products efficiently and safely. You'll be responsible for machine setup, quality inspections, troubleshooting, and maintaining production standards while working as part of a collaborative manufacturing team. Responsibilities Operate and monitor high-speed digital inkjet web press equipment. Set up and adjust equipment to meet production specifications. Perform routine quality inspections to ensure finished products meet standards. Troubleshoot equipment issues and make adjustments as needed. Complete production documentation accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work closely with team members to achieve daily production goals. Follow all company safety and quality procedures. Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn automated production equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment is preferred. Experience in printing, packaging, plastics, corrugated, food manufacturing, converting, mailing, or other automated production environments is a plus. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Physical Requirements Regularly lift and move materials weighing 25-50 pounds. Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements. Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
