Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 3 x 12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Assess, triage, and manage emergency patients across varying acuity levels
• Care for Telemetry Holding patients when clinically necessary
• Accurately document patient care and clinical findings using electronic health record systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of California
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Prior clinical experience working in California
• Proficiency with Cerner electronic health record charting
• Must be an ER-trained RN; Telemetry-only background will not be considered
• Willingness to care for Telemetry Holding patients as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Telemetry monitoring and holding patient management
• Experience in high-volume or Level II Emergency Department environments
