The Warehouse Associate II supports and coordinates advanced warehouse operations within a contract manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate inventory control, system transactions, regulatory compliance, and timely shipment of customer orders. In addition to performing hands-on warehouse functions, the Warehouse Associate II assists with cycle counts, system documentation, shipping coordination, client communication, and workflow oversight. This position requires strong SAP proficiency, Excel capability, and the ability to interface with external clients and transportation providers. The Warehouse Associate II reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Communicate with external clients via email regarding shipment status, documentation, and pickup coordination.
• Process delivery notes in SAP using appropriate modules
• Generate packing slips manually through Excel and Navigation systems and ensure compliance with customer-specific shipping instructions.
• Perform and coordinate weekly cycle counts
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Create and maintain cycle count tracking spreadsheets in Excel
• Generate inventory reports and support physical inventory activities
• Schedule freight pickups via email and transportation portals.
• Review transportation dashboards and understand system workflow
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supplying orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, placing orders in delivery/staging areas
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer.
• Prepare parcels for mailing
• Maintains safe and clean environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstation neat, sweep, dust and mop. Required to document daily/monthly/quarterly cleaning schedules.
• Always organize warehouse and work area for orderliness
• Always wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of warehouse experience in manufacturing or contract manufacturing
• Strong SAP experience (shipping, delivery notes, inventory modules)
• Advanced Excel skills (spreadsheet creation and tracking)
• Experience navigating client and transportation portals
• 35 years forklift experience (sit-down and reach truck)
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with external clients
• Strong inventory control and analytical skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
• Regularly lift and/or move 1050 lbs.
• Occasionally lift or move over 100 lbs. (with assistance as needed)
• Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching
• Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
