As an OSUP employee, you will be eligible for these various benefits depending on your employment status.\u003c/p>\u003ch3>Responsibilities\u003cul>\u003cli>Provide skilled nursing services to patients under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider, and provides a variety of related services to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.\u003cli>Collect patient health data, analyze the data to determine diagnoses, identify expected outcomes individualized to the patient,\u003cli>Develop a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain the expected outcomes,\u003cli>Implement the interventions identified in the plan of care, and evaluate the patient’s progress toward attainment of the outcomes,\u003cli>Work collaboratively with the healthcare team.\u003cli>Perform professional nursing work of considerable difficulty including the care of patients as outlined by physicians and the objectives and policies of the organization.\u003cli>Provide patient and family health education and health assessment.\u003c/ul>\u003cstrong>Qualifications\u003cul>\u003cli>Associate Degree in Nursing from a CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) accredited nursing program .\u003cli>Current Ohio Registered Nurse license.\u003cli>CPR/BLS certified.\u003cli>Knowledge of triage procedures along with clinic, physician office and/or urgent care experience.\u003cli>Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.\u003cli>Knowledge of appropriate procedures and standards for the administration of medications and patient care aids.\u003cli>Ability to educate and clearly communicate with patients and/or families as to the nature of disease and to provide instruction on proper care and treatment.\u003cli>Ability to convey information both in writing and verbally.\u003cli>High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.\u003cli>Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.\u003cli>Analytical ability and critical thinking to gather and interpret data and develop, recommend, and implement solutions\u003c/li>\u003c/ul>\u003ch3>Pay Range\u003cp>USD $32.85 - USD $48.55 /Hr. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ohio State University Physicians
