Data Analyst

Senior AnalystOn-site role (3-4 days/week), remote will not be considered.As a Senior Analyst within the Credit Risk Management team, you will be required to wear multiple hats. You must have a strong blend of analytical skills, project management, presentation skills, and ability to develop strong and effective working relationships. You will be working independently and/or in as part of a team of analysts to identify new credit segmentation opportunities using statistical methods leading to enhancements to our credit decision process and policies, collections strategies, and fraud strategies. You will be partnering within members of the Credit Risk Management team and other functional teams for the deployment, analysis and tracking of new credit strategies to manage risk. This team/project has direct visibility to the CFO and the candidate MUST have experience presenting to VP-level and/or C-level executives.You must be able to manipulate large amounts of data, extract key insights from the data, and then clearly and concisely communicate actionable recommendations based upon your insights. In many cases, you will participate in projects at various stages from idea or hypothesis generation to development and/or implementation. You will be expected to contribute as credit data expert, analytic methodology specialist and primary statistics analyst.Required Skills: Basic Qualification: Additional Skills: Communication skills are of the utmost importance to the hiring manager for this role! Interviews will be via video at the very least, with a possibility of an on-site, in-person interview. Due to this being a potential Contract to Hire opportunity, there is a preference for candidates who do not need future sponsorship, but we will consider all candidates.
