In this role, you will assemble a variety of agricultural products and components while ensuring quality workmanship, meeting productivity goals, and maintaining a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble purchased and manufactured components according to company specifications. Use a variety of hand tools and power tools to assemble finished products. Follow assembly instructions, work orders, and production schedules. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Enter production and job-related information into the company computer system. Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with other manufacturing and production duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn assembly processes. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication. Ability to read and follow written instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines. Comfort using computers for data entry and production tracking. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Preferred Agricultural background or basic agricultural knowledge. Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience. Forklift operation experience. Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
