ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2015 after previously working as a State Farm team member, and since day one I’ve focused on building a positive, competitive, and fun office culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. Our team of eight believes in helping others beyond just their insurance needs, and creating meaningful relationships with both customers and each other is a huge part of who we are.

I’m a proud graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University where I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees, and I’m also a proud father of two daughters. Staying involved in the community is important to me, and I actively support organizations including the Payne County Youth Shelter, Stillwater Medical Foundation, Aging Advocates, The Lions Club, Cornerstone Transitional Living, and both the Stillwater and Perkins Chambers of Commerce.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lucas Grounds - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
