Role Description The Professional House Cleaner at Two Maids is a full-time, on-site position based in Albuquerque, NM. In this role, you will perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen sanitizing, and general room tidying to meet company standards. You will handle laundry-related duties as needed, such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing according to client preferences. The role involves communicating with clients in a professional, respectful manner, responding to special requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will follow established checklists, maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, adhere to safety and quality procedures, and may assist with training new team members in cleaning processes and customer service expectations. Qualifications Ability to perform residential cleaning tasks efficiently, including general house cleaning and Laundry-related duties, while maintaining high quality standards. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction. Solid Organization Skills to follow cleaning schedules, manage checklists, prioritize tasks, and keep supplies and equipment in order. Interest or experience in Training, with the ability to support onboarding of new team members and reinforce company procedures. Reliability in attendance and punctuality, with the ability to work full-time on-site in Albuquerque, NM. Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and respectful work environment.
