Role Overview The Agentic Process Automation and Intelligence Consultant is a strategic leader in go‑to‑market motions for Agentforce process automation (Regrello and Apromore). You will own the end‑to‑end value narrative—from discovery and use‑case roadmapping to the delivery of high‑stakes Proof of Concept (POC) engagements that validate the transformative power of our solutions. Key Responsibilities Strategic Value Selling: Serve as the primary solution leader on complex deals, pitching the vision of autonomous business processes and defining multi‑year value roadmaps for strategic customers. Value Architecting: Create and present a multi‑year value roadmap that demonstrates how Agentforce can transform an entire operation beyond a single use case. Executive Influence: Act as the subject‑matter expert in C‑suite presentations, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes such as working capital optimization and risk mitigation. Solution Proof & Validation: Lead and manage 4‑5 week POC engagements focused on proving the business case and securing technical buy‑in to close the deal. Cross‑Functional GTM Strategy: Partner with Product and Engineering to align the Regrello roadmap with real‑world feedback and address field‑identified problems. Quota Ownership: Drive revenue growth as part of a commissionable team, managing deal velocity and win rates across the Regrello/Apromore portfolio. Experience & Skills Required 6+ years of experience in Technical Sales, Solutions Engineering, Business Value Consulting, Technology Consulting, or Customer Success. Familiarity with supply chain management, financial services, or workflow automation platforms. Master of Discovery: Proven ability to lead white‑board sessions that challenge current state and build a compelling vision for future state. Technical Fluency: Ability to configure solutions using no‑code tools while focusing on solving specific business problems. Executive Presence: Exceptional ability to communicate complex AI and automation concepts to stakeholders ranging from warehouse managers to chief supply‑chain officers. Agility: Thrive in an agile, fast‑scaling environment and act as subject‑matter expert on cross‑functional deal teams. Quota‑carrying experience with MBO or KSO‑based incentive structures. Compensation & Benefits Base salary ranges from $148,190 to $269,080 annually, with regional adjustments (e.g., $162,960–$295,890 in California and New York). Compensation may include bonus, equity, or other incentives.
