Your role Do you want to be integral to supporting the development of UBS Workplace Financial Wellness business? City Charlotte, Dallas, Nashville, Weehawken Your team This role is within the Financial Wellness business and will focus on providing education and guidance to employees of corporate clients in 1:1 and group settings across a broad range of financial topics, including but not limited to; budgeting, near and long term savings strategies, retirement plan contributions, creating financial roadmaps and building portfolios to align with specific client needs. To be successful in this role, candidates must have a strong understanding of various financial topics with the ability to engage participants virtually, strong presentation skills, dive deep into specific areas and deliver clear and concise guidance to employees. They are expected to deliver a positive and engaging client experience to help employees get on the path to financial wellness; feeling, and becoming, financially healthy. Your expertise Bachelor's Degree preferred strong passion for presenting to live audiences as well as recent financial services industry experience FINRA SIE, Series 7 & 66 licenses (required) CFP® or interest in obtaining the CFP® client-focused and excellent listener with strong communication skills, both verbal and written a quick learner with a growth mindset and who is driven and consistently challenges the status quo able to work in a fast-paced environment while being able to think clearly in complex situations highly detail oriented and resourceful in leveraging resources to accomplish the task at hand willing to travel to deliver in-person education to clients About Us UBS is a leading and truly global wealth manager and the leading universal bank in Switzerland. Salary information The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role: United States - New Jersey - Weehawken min USD 70000 - max USD 93000 /annum The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
