Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance SIMPLE IRA with 3% company match What You’ll Do: Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally Collect and document data accuratelyCommunicate effectively with supervisors and families Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software Work across home, school, and clinic settings What We’re Looking For: Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required A heart for helping children and families Resilience under stress and challenges Motivation to learn and grow Reliability and strong follow‑through Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans Prior ABA experience (preferred, not required) Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus) Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required Schedule in Pomona, CA: Afternoon shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 - 7:00 PM.
