Primary Care Physician

Blackford Talent is engaged on a new Family Medicine/Primary Care MD/DO role with a private non-profit organization in the North County San Diego/San Marcos, CA area.
This role is a Mon-Fri 8a-5p schedule where you'll run your own patient panel, work alongside a team of NP/PA's & Nurses, Medical Assistants, along with scribe support.
What you'll do
- Full-scope family medicine: diagnose, treat, prescribe, manage chronic and acute care
- In-office procedures within your scope and competency
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
- Refer out to specialists when a patient needs more than primary care can give
- Supervise APPs, residents, or students as needed
What you need
- MD or DO License
- Board certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine/Primary Care
- Active California medical license (licenses in-process will also be considered)
