Pay & Compensation

Regional Pro Drivers earn an average of $1,400 per week , with a compensation package designed to reward both performance and professionalism.

• $200 per day base pay
• $30 per additional stop
• Drivers average approximately 4 paid stops per week (an additional $120 weekly )
• Paid detention time
• Vacation pay at your daily rate
• OTR resets paid at your full daily rate whenever applicable

Weekly Performance Bonuses

Earn additional incentives each week by meeting performance standards:

• $25 MPG Incentive
• $25 Motive Safety Incentive
• $25 Service Incentive

To qualify, drivers must maintain:

• 7.7+ MPG
• Motive Safety Score of 90 or higher
• 95% or higher service score

Freight & Schedule

Our Regional Pro Fleet is designed to provide consistent freight with more predictable home time.

• Regional refrigerated freight
• Typical haul lengths of 250–499 miles
• Approximately 6 days out
• More regional consistency than traditional OTR fleets
• Driver-friendly routes designed around quality of life—not simply truck utilization

Drivers are expected to accept assigned regional freight unless there is a legitimate safety concern.

Every experienced company driver begins in the Pro Fleet .

After just 30 days , drivers become eligible to apply for one of WEL's Elite Fleets . Advancement is based on:
