We are seeking curious, ambitious, and outcome-focused engineers with a product mindset for a high-visibility initiative. This role involves building and deploying production-ready, AI-powered services using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering tangible results and solving practical problems. This role has potential for full-time conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy production-ready, AI-powered services using Generative AI.
- Serve as a backend engineer on the GenAI stack.
- Focus on delivering outcomes and tangible results rather than just output.
- Demonstrate a product-oriented mindset by understanding and explaining the business case behind technical work.
- Engage in unit and functional testing to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate effectively with the team and articulate technical concepts.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in unit and functional testing.
- Strong communication skills for effective team interaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Full-stack experience, specifically with React.
- Experience coding with AI.
- Experience from a product-focused company.
