Interlude , now Allina Health Restorative Suites , a Senior Care Campus managed by Cassia in Plymouth, MN , is hiring a  Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)to join our team! We just recently had a deficiency free MDH survey!

As a  Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)at Allina Health Restorative Suites , you’ll help residents maintain independence by assisting with personal care, daily activities, and treatments. You’ll take document care, support activity programs, and report changes in condition to the RN. Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, benefits eligible position, working a varying schedule including weekends

Shifts Available:
Evenings 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (16 Hours per week or Full-Time) Wage Range: $19.83 - 24.72 / hour depending on experience. 

Location: 2775 Campus Dr, Plymouth, MN 55441 West Metro 

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities: 

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification required and in good standing on the registry.
• Selected candidates are required to pass background checks.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.
