Enfermero Vocacional Licenciado - Ambulatorio - Nivel II (Bilingüe)

Proporciona atención de enfermería a los pacientes bajo la dirección de un enfermero registrado o médico/proveedor de práctica avanzada. Utiliza habilidades de observación para observar las intervenciones de enfermería y ayuda al personal médico para garantizar una atención óptima dentro de las políticas, procedimientos y estándares establecidos. Realiza diversas funciones de atención al paciente y asiste con exámenes y tratamientos según se indique. Se necesita un enfermero vocacional licenciado con experiencia para atención ambulatoria en Kaiser Permanente en Fontana, CA. Las responsabilidades incluyen terapia IV, venopunción/sangrado, recolección de muestras, enseñanza al paciente y mantenimiento de un entorno seguro. Las tareas adicionales pueden incluir flujos de trabajo de oficina, pedido de suministros, administración de tratamientos, documentación de cuidados y coordinación de altas. El candidato ideal tendrá excelentes habilidades de comunicación, atención al detalle y compromiso con el servicio al cliente. Mínimo doce (12) meses o más de experiencia directa en atención al paciente como LVN en los últimos tres (3) años. Diploma de secundaria o GED. Licencia de enfermero vocacional (California). Soporte vital básico. Relaciones extraordinarias con los clientes y servicio de calidad son fundamentales para nuestro éxito. Bilingüe (inglés/español) nivel II requerido. Se prefieren certificación IV y certificación de extracción de sangre. Puede viajar a la clínica CSI. Debe aprobar con éxito o haber aprobado la prueba bilingüe (dentro de los últimos 12 meses), o estar activo en el programa QBS. Las responsabilidades laborales incluyen al menos acceso ocasional o posible a: (1) pacientes, el público en general u otros empleados; (2) información de salud protegida confidencial y otra información confidencial de KP (incluida información de empleados, propietaria, financiera o comercial); (3) propiedad y activos de KP, por ejemplo, activos electrónicos, instrumentos médicos o dispositivos; (4) sustancias controladas reguladas por la ley federal o que potencialmente puedan estar sujetas a desvío. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kaiser Permanente
