AO Globe Life is expanding its remote team and seeking Family Protection Advisors in Phoenix. You will work directly with clients who are interested in learning more about insurance options for life, accident, and supplemental health coverage.

Our team provides comprehensive training, daily coaching, warm leads, and a clear path to advancement for professionals who are ready to perform.

Your Role

• Speak with prospective clients and schedule appointments

• Conduct needs-based reviews in a virtual setting

• Explain coverage options in an easy-to-understand manner

• Help clients make informed insurance decisions

• Follow up to provide consistent support

• Represent the organization with integrity and professionalism

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
