Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project teams, construction managers, procurement, warehouse, and maintenance groups within a large-scale industrial project environment. This position will be responsible for coordinating project-related transactions and documentation within SAP, ensuring services, materials, purchase orders, and vendor activity are accurately recorded and reconciled. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system and be comfortable managing detailed transactional information while communicating with multiple internal teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with project team leaders and construction managers to confirm receipt of services and materials and ensure timely SAP entry. Enter and process SAP transactions, including goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers, inventory adjustments, MRO and spare parts requisitions, GR/IR transactions, and basic purchase order updates. Create and maintain authorized master-data records, including material masters, vendor records, storage locations, and basic BOM/component updates. Track vendor deliveries, packing slips, inspection results, and other project documentation. Match inbound documentation against SAP records and work with Procurement and Warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies. Support purchase order administration and coordinate with Procurement to ensure POs are properly closed following final invoice entry. Support work order and maintenance transaction entry, including maintenance notifications, orders, confirmations, and time/material postings. Assist with inventory counts, cycle count adjustments, and month-end inventory reconciliations. Run standard SAP reports and KPIs, including stock levels, open purchase orders, and GR/IR aging, and distribute information to project stakeholders. Qualifications Previous experience in project coordination, procurement, purchasing, materials management, supply chain, or a similar administrative/operations role. Working knowledge of SAP or another ERP system; SAP experience strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering and reconciling transactional information. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with project managers, construction managers, procurement teams, warehouse personnel, vendors, and other stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr Allied Resources Technical Consultants
