Development Coordinator

Professional Development CoordinatorThe Professional Development Coordinator leads and supports high-quality professional learning aligned with Concord Elementary's mission, school improvement goals, and student needs. This individual collaborates with school leadership and staff to identify professional learning priorities, coordinate training opportunities, communicate expectations and schedules, and ensure sessions are purposeful, engaging, and relevant to classroom practice. The coordinator also gathers staff feedback, maintains participation records and professional development documentation, assists presenters with resources and logistics, and monitors the impact of professional learning on instruction, staff growth, and student achievement.
