Associate Attorney

We are seeking an associate attorney with five-plus years of experience, preferably within the area of family law. The position will require the attorney to work on cases in support of a lead attorney while also managing some of their own cases. Job duties will involve work on discovery, trial preparation, participate in case strategy meetings, help with client communication and preparation, participate in hearings and trials, and provide support to the attorney during trial when applicable. (The allotment of cases as a supporting attorney versus lead attorney will be dependent on experience and progress). The attorney will have the support of the partners and other attorneys currently at the firm, along with a strong, experienced, and specialized staff. Our firm exclusively practices family law and the attorney will not be asked to handle matters outside of this specialty. The pay range varies based on experience and includes a bonus structure based on performance. Health, dental, and vision insurances are offered through the firm, as is a 401(k) plan with matching. Applicants with more than five years of experience (or extensive trial experience with less than five years) will be considered, and the salary range can be accommodated based upon experience and at the discretion of the managing attorney. #J-18808-Ljbffr NACBA
