Annual earnings range from $500,000 to $1,000,000+ , with opportunities to maximize your income through:

• CRNA, sedation, and secure airway management provided for every procedure
• No deductions from your pay for these services
• Focus exclusively on All-on-X cases, eliminating singles or multiples for efficiency

• Permanent prostheses delivered within 24 hours by skilled on-site restorative professionals
• No immediate load temporary restorations
• Titanium bar cross stabilization to enhance implant success rates

We are looking for a self-motivated and efficient surgeon who excels in communication and teamwork. Typical surgical hours are Monday through Thursday, starting at 7 AM, with a commitment of at least two consecutive days per week. This is a 1099 contractor position .

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A degree from a U.S. accredited four-year dental school (DDS/DMD)
• A post-graduate certificate from a U.S. surgical program in Oral Surgery
• An unrestricted, active dental license in the state of practice
• DEA registration
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• The ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance
• Experience with the All-on-X procedure

Your daily tasks will include:

• Performing dental implant surgeries, including tooth extractions and alveolectomy as needed
• Collaborating closely with restorative doctors to develop treatment plans for optimal patient outcomes
• Conducting thorough examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Adhering to center policies, safety protocols, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines

A typical day as a surgeon with us involves:

• Arriving punctually for surgical preparations
• Reviewing patient health histories, radiographs, and treatment plans
• Executing surgeries in a collaborative team environment
• Documenting comprehensive notes
• Engaging with the team on upcoming cases
