UX Designer

As our next UX Designer, you'll translate strategy into design that is both beautiful and built to perform. Think of it less as a job and more as a $47,000 - $65,000 bet Starbucks is placing on your 1 years and your judgment. Key Responsibilities Pull a coherent palette from a logo three agencies already over-touched Cut a sixty-second story to fifteen without amputating the point Co-author the creative content calendar with marketing, then make it look effortless Storyboard motion pieces that hold attention past the three-second scroll mark Stage A/B variants that isolate one creative variable cleanly Translate the Starbucks mission into a thirty-frame story a stranger finishes Defend a strong idea in the room, then refine it the moment data disagrees What You'll Bring The instinct to ask "what would change your mind?" before debating Hands-on proficiency with Cross-Functional Collaboration, ideally paired with Team Leadership A knack for Empathy that colleagues quietly come to rely on A teammate's instinct to unblock others before yourself Our team at Starbucks is nimble, collaborative, and proud to call Scottsdale, AZ home. We give junior hires room to fail small so they can later succeed big on creative work. The offer is plainspoken: $47,000 - $65,000, coaching that grows you, benefits that cover you, and a schedule that flexes with Scottsdale. #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Innovation Corp
