We are seeking a MIG welder to support rebar and reinforcement cage fabrication for precast concrete structures ranging in size and complexity. This role is integral to producing custom-engineered concrete castings used in storm and sanitary water construction projects. Hours: 6:00a - 2:30p (Mon-Fri) Pay Range: $22-$24/hr, based on experience

The Impact You'll Make:

• Fabricate reinforcement cages by cutting, bending, tying, and welding rebar sizes #3 through #8
• Perform MIG welding in accordance with shop drawings and engineered specifications
• Assemble rebar cages for custom precast concrete structures
• Ensure high quality, consistency, and accuracy in all work products
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with MIG welding, preferably in rebar, precast, or structural applications
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Comfortable working independently and managing daily workload
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
