MIG Welder

We are seeking a MIG welder to support rebar and reinforcement cage fabrication for precast concrete structures ranging in size and complexity. This role is integral to producing custom-engineered concrete castings used in storm and sanitary water construction projects. Hours: 6:00a - 2:30p (Mon-Fri) Pay Range: $22-$24/hr, based on experience
The Impact You'll Make:
- Fabricate reinforcement cages by cutting, bending, tying, and welding rebar sizes #3 through #8
- Perform MIG welding in accordance with shop drawings and engineered specifications
- Assemble rebar cages for custom precast concrete structures
- Ensure high quality, consistency, and accuracy in all work products
- Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with MIG welding, preferably in rebar, precast, or structural applications
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Comfortable working independently and managing daily workload
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
