Our client, a marketing software company, is looking for a Senior IT Specialist on a Temp to Perm basis, ASAP! This role is 100% ONSITE in midtown, NYC. Responsibilities - Lead daily IT operations in the NYC office while collaborating with global IT peers. - Provide white-glove executive support to senior leadership and board members. - Work with the IT team to maintain, and secure infrastructure (Azure AD, M365, Intune, JAMF, etc.). - Manage enterprise software, services, endpoint management, and collaboration platforms. - Oversee configuration and upkeep of conference room and AV systems for executive meetings, town halls, and leadership offsites. - Implement and enforce IT policies, standards, and lifecycle management processes. - Mentor and guide IT staff to maintain a high standard of technical excellence and service. - Handle hardware and software procurement, vendor management, and asset tracking. - Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Security, and Facilities to support our global infrastructure. Qualifications - 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. - Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and modern endpoint management (Intune, JAMF). - Proven success supporting senior executives and high-profile meetings. - Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining AV systems and conference technology. - Skilled in automation, system integration, and IT process improvement. - Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and follow-through.
