Job Description Healthcare Senior Service Associate The primary component of our Healthcare team is order fulfillment, including receipt of our customers’ priority healthcare products into our warehouse facility, placement of stock into storage, receiving orders, picking and packing orders, shipping orders, and conducting customer service support. Our healthcare team members provide an important service for the world’s medical devices, testing equipment, pharmaceuticals and more. Healthcare Service Associates help our clients become more efficient, allowing them to focus on their core competencies, better serve their customers, and improve the products and services they offer. Responsibilities Receive and process customers’ priority healthcare products into the warehouse facility Place stock into storage and manage inventory Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately Conduct customer service support Perform all tasks using defined job processes with a high level of accuracy with minimal supervision Utilize various pieces of Material Handling Equipment, RF scanners and a computer‑based warehouse management system (WMS) Ensure transaction accuracy along with safety and quality compliance Work in various environments including ambient warehouse, refrigerated storage spaces, or freezer spaces Manage the delivery or deployment of contracted services to customers to ensure SLAs and KPI are met or exceeded Collaborate with vendors, customers, and other internal support groups Responsible for daily facility activities related to government compliance, inbound receipts, kitting, processing orders, procuring suppliers, managing inventory, staffing, facility inspections, employee engagement, development, safety, security, and profitability Perform financial activities including forecasting, allocations, adjustments, and creating annual business plans Retain and strengthen customer relationships, including face‑to‑face customer service Identify and recommend opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the operation Performs manual work that requires proficiency through job‑related training and considerable on‑the‑job experience. Performs a range of tasks and makes minor modifications to work routines within established procedures and guidelines. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision and provides guidance to others with less experience. Requirements The ability to lift up to 70 lbs Ability to work at heights of up to 28 feet using powered equipment such as order pickers Legal right to work in the U.S. Successful completion of background check and a drug screening Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer Benefits Excellent weekly pay 401(k) Medical, dental and vision after waiting period Delivers hands‑on work, typically related to the core UPS business operations.
