The position requires a highly organized, proactive professional who can manage complex review cycles, chase down designers for comment resolution, maintain tracking systems, and support enterprise‑level reporting dashboards. The role plays a critical part in ensuring that design deliverables move efficiently through the review process, that program controls data remains accurate and up‑to‑date, and that cost/schedule performance insights are clearly communicated to leadership and stakeholders. Your Impact Serve as the primary point of contact for all Bluebeam Review environments and Bluebeam Studio session administration, ensuring adequate support during high‑volume submittals. Implement and maintain standards for markups, QA/QC workflows, and document reviews. Act as the primary point of contact for Bluebeam‑related queries and troubleshooting. Partner with project teams to understand delivery requirements and tailor Bluebeam setups accordingly. Manage completeness checks, ensuring all deliverables meet submission requirements before routing for review. Coordinate communications with engineering teams, document control, and external reviewers to ensure timely comment resolution. Track and Escalate overdue responses, proactively following up with designers and discipline leads. Proactively identify risks or inefficiencies in document workflows and recommend improvements. Provide onboarding and ongoing support for new and existing Bluebeam users. Deliver targeted training sessions and practical guidance to project teams. Develop and maintain user guides, standards, and best‑practice documentation. Stay up to date with Bluebeam enhancements and industry best practices. Work closely with Digital Delivery, BIM, and IT teams to ensure alignment with wider systems and tools. Support the evolution of digital delivery standards across projects and disciplines. Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Bluebeam processes, procedures, and governance frameworks. Provide clear, timely, and actionable reports and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field. 7–10 years of post‑education experience supporting large‑scale infrastructure or capital programs. Experience administering Bluebeam Studio sessions and managing design review workflows in an engineering, construction, or infrastructure environment. Strong understanding of document control, markups, and collaborative review workflows. Ability to translate project delivery needs into practical tool configurations. Strong experience with dashboard reporting (Power BI preferred). Extensive knowledge of cost estimating methodologies, cost control techniques, and schedule management best practices. Ability to interface with clients and support business development initiatives. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Exposure to digital delivery, BIM, or common data environments (e.g., SharePoint, ProjectWise).
