What You’ll Do:

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations and team members
• Pick, check, pack, load, and unload customer orders accurately and safely
• Perform inventory counts and maintain warehouse organization
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, including high reach vehicles
• Train and advise team members on proper handling and care of materials
• Monitor safety, security, and compliance with procedures
• Complete required paperwork and use warehouse management system

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of warehouse experience
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in high-traffic warehouse environment
• Able to lift 50-75 lbs and stand, sit, or kneel for extended periods
