Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric patients in the PICU.
• Administer medications and treatments, including IV starts, caths, and tube feedings.
• Monitor patient hemodynamics and manage ventilators and ICP.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and ensure documentation accuracy in Cerner.
• Follow unit policies, including self-scheduling and float policies.
